The locations of both the Adelaide and Perth Teleports have been designed to complement each other and provide NewSat customers with a level of redundancy and diversity. Geographically diverse fibre links between states provide choice and tailored options for customers, as well as increased redundancy. NewSat ensures both its Teleports are at the forefront of the satellite communications industry adopting the latest products, services and processes, allowing NewSat’s E&O team to continuously deliver superior Teleport service, with guaranteed 99.99% up-time. NewSat's Adelaide and Perth Teleports provided customers with 100% up-time in 2010, operating without disruption for the entire year.
